ORDERING BY MAIL
Instead of paying online, customers can pay by sending a check, money order, or credit card number directly to the mail order department. Simply place the order online by creating a user profile and adding the items you want to your cart. Once you reach the order summary page, print the page and include it with your check, money order, or credit card number. Please include your address, phone number, and email with the order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Place your order by 12 noon PST and, depending on the destination, it will arrive in just 8 to 10 business days. For an additional fee, your order can be sent UPS Express - please call for charges. For overnight delivery, orders must be received by 12 noon. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You may return any item for exchange or refund with the receipt and invoice. Please include all original packaging and paperwork with your return.
